The driveway and carport can easily park 3 vehicles and is shaded by large trees. 3 month minimum rental for the winter season with signed contract. $1500 deposit will be required upon signing and monthly rent will be due at move in and on the 1st of each remaining month. Water/sewer/garbage is included with rent. Renter is responsible for electricity usage. Cable and Phone are not included but you may order this service with the cable company Spectrum. Applicant(s) will need to pass a 1 time background check with BAV office (you can download forms off the BAV website and send check and completed forms directly to BAV office). The background check is $100 (per person/married couple) and is non-refundable. If you have stayed at BAV in the past, you do not need to pass the background check again, but you do need to fill out forms to let BAV office know that will be visiting again.
